XENTIA — Insight from outside

INSIGHT FROM OUTSIDE

New perspective.Better decisions.

Consulting for the way you run your business.
From the first insight to change in practice.

Let’s discuss your situation
An outside view. An impact within.Take a closer look

Our perspective

Distance reveals connections.

Inside, you see the detail.
Outside, the bigger picture.

Sometimes the problem is not the process. Everyone has simply been looking at it from the same place for too long.

We take a step back to understand how your business works. We ask questions, test assumptions and connect what is usually handled separately. So it becomes clear what needs to change — and why.

A shift in perspective

Same situation.
A different question.

Management wants people to act independently.
Yet it keeps the final say.

Illustrative example

Management’s view

“People don’t want
responsibility.”

A convenient explanation. For management.

The problem must be everyone else.

Expertise

A business works
as a connected whole.
That is how we approach it.

Business management

Direction. Responsibility. Decisions.

Who makes the decisions? What are they responsible for? Do they have the right information? We help align the way your business is managed with the way it actually works.

What we work on together

Roles and responsibilities · objectives and risks · KPIs · management review · change management

Audits

Internal. Customer. Supplier.

We carry out internal audits, audits on behalf of customers and supplier audits. We examine how things actually work, whether requirements are met and where risks arise. Lenka is a certification auditor, and Tomáš has been auditing for over 20 years. We turn findings into clear conclusions and concrete actions.

Management systems and ISO

A system that works in practice.

Documentation should describe how your business works and make work easier. We connect quality, environmental and occupational health and safety requirements with day-to-day management.

What we work on together

Processes and improvement

Less friction. Clearer connections.

Problems often arise between departments, tasks or decisions. We trace the entire workflow to find where information, time or responsibility gets lost.

What we work on together

Process mapping · interfaces between teams · causes of nonconformities · performance measurement · checking the effectiveness of changes

Lenka Slavíková

Lenka Slavíková

Certification auditor · consultant · change management

Lenka quickly gets to grips with how a business really works — beyond what its documentation says. She spots where established rules diverge from everyday practice, where responsibility gets lost and where problems keep returning because only their symptoms are being addressed.

As a certification auditor, she connects her knowledge of systems, processes and standards with the realities of operations. She describes herself as “systematically unconventional”: she values clarity, structure and rules that work, but has no patience for order for its own sake or systems that exist only on paper.

She brings together audits, processes, quality and change management. For her, a finding is not the end of an audit but the start of the work. She looks for the cause, works with people to agree on concrete steps, responsibilities and priorities, then follows up to see whether the change has really worked.

Her approach is practical and direct, working alongside the people involved in the process every day. She can take responsibility for guiding change, coordinate a team and see things through until they become part of normal operations — rather than another initiative that ends with a presentation.

“A system proves itself in practice.”

Tomáš Nováček

Tomáš Nováček

Consulting. Audits. Management systems.

Tomáš has been auditing for over 20 years. He combines a broad perspective with hands-on experience. He helps businesses understand how they really work, where purpose, responsibility or continuity gets lost, and what needs to change to make things simpler and better.

He believes good management should be more than a formality: it should help people make decisions, take responsibility and do work that matters. He has no patience for superficiality, empty gestures, unnecessary bureaucracy or solutions that only look good on paper.

His work combines the precision of an auditor, the perspective of a consultant and the ability to get straight to the point. He quickly distinguishes the symptoms of a problem from its real cause. He looks for connections, speaks plainly and helps turn conclusions into concrete steps that hold up in everyday operations.

The work he values most has a clear purpose, is honest and leads to real progress — beyond simply making a better impression.

“Chaos begins where responsibility ends.”
